Frequently Asked Questions (for pickup)

Q: If I placed an online order, can I pickup my order instead of having it shipped? 

A: For security purposes, we do not allow pickup for online orders. The order must be shipped to the billing address.

 

Q: Can I use Shop Now, Pay Later for my pickup order? 

A: Yes, you may use Quad Pay for your pickup order. 

 

Q: Can I pick-up my order the same day?

A: Yes, if the items are in-stock Downtown / Hyde Park locations are open for same day.  A 2 hour notice is required for same day service.

 

Q: Is a deposit required for a pickup?

A: Yes, but only for Cash Payments. The deposit will apply to your order. 

 

Q:What are the acceptable forms of payment for pickups? Can I use my debit or credit card?

A: We do not accept debit or credit cards for pickup. Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, Zelle, and Quad Pay. If you are using Zelle we ask that you pay for your order in full prior to arriving to your appointment to comply with social distancing guidelines.

  

Q: I paid my pickup deposit, or, for my order in full via Zelle or Quad Pay, now what?

A: We will send you a confirmation email with our full address. If you are using cash, we will send you a confirmation email with our full address, and your remaining balance including sales tax. Illinois Sales tax is an additional 10.25%

 

Q: What are the pickup hours for the Hyde Park office? What is the address to the Hyde Park office?

A: Monday- Friday: 11:00 am - 6:00 pm and Saturday 10:00am- 3:00pm CST

A: Monday- Friday: 11:00 am- 6:00 pm CST Saturday: 10:00 am- 3:00 pm CST

Q: Are pickup deposits refundable or transferable?

A: Deposits are non-refundable. However, you can transfer a deposit ONE TIME if you need to reschedule. If your appointment is rescheduled more than once an additional deposit is required. 

If you paid for your order in full and decide to cancel your pickup or reschedule more than once there is a $25 cancellation that will apply and the remaining balance will be refunded.
