Shipping/ Order Status Policy

  • Billing and Shipping address must match 
  • Online orders are processed within 24-72 business hours (which is 1-3 business days) not including weekends.  Delivery time is after processing time. Express shipping is subject to the 1-3 business day processing time.  
  • Tracking information will be available from the mail carrier within 24-48 hours after the order is processed
  • Shipped Packages include $100 carrier insurance to add additional insurance, please email to request full coverage
  • Sezzle Payment option orders are processed within 24-72 business hours ( which is 1-3 business days) 
  • All sales are final 
  • Orders cannot be cancelled, unless the cancellation request is made via email, the same day that the order is placed, restocking fee applies.
