Shipping/ Order Status Policy
Processing Time for online orders is 2-5 business days
(processing time is the amount of time it takes to prepare an order for shipping)
Due to the Pandemic delivery delays may occur (average wait time is an additional 2 days. We appreciate your patience)
- Billing and Shipping address must match. Orders will be shipped to billing address
- Online orders are processed within 2-5 business days not including weekends. Delivery time is after processing time. Express shipping is subject to the 2-5 business day processing time.
- Tracking information will be available from the mail carrier within 24-48 hours after the order is processed
- Shipped Packages include $100 carrier insurance to add additional insurance, please email email@example.com to request full coverage
- All sales are final
- Orders cannot be cancelled, unless the cancellation request is made via email, the same day that the order is placed, restocking/ cancellation fee applies.
