Shipping/ Order Status Policy
- Billing and Shipping address must match
- Online orders are processed within 24-72 business hours (which is 1-3 business days) not including weekends. Delivery time is after processing time. Express shipping is subject to the 1-3 business day processing time.
- Tracking information will be available from the mail carrier within 24-48 hours after the order is processed
- Shipped Packages include $100 carrier insurance to add additional insurance, please email email@example.com to request full coverage
- Sezzle Payment option orders are processed within 24-72 business hours ( which is 1-3 business days)
- All sales are final
- Orders cannot be cancelled, unless the cancellation request is made via email, the same day that the order is placed, restocking fee applies.
- To check the status of an online order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your full name and 4-digit order number, along with your question.
